stabilisation has been failing for me with unknown error for the past several versions, I have completely removed topaz video and support files (best I could) before reinstalling a later <3 version yet always the same unknown error.
I have found a couple of threads with same issue yet no answer provided… was there an obvious culprit I have missed?
Could I take a look at the app’s log files to see what is causing the error in Video AI?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
