Stabilisation Extremely Long In Processing

[The wait time to process a 27sec video makes it unusable.
My computer is Win 10 Ryzen 7 with 64 Gig Ram & a 3060 Video card.
This combo is processing at 0.6 frames a sec.
Surely I dont have to wait for about 20mins for this to process. What am I doing wrong??
