Could you share the error message or log file from this export?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

ok - that video file does not exist - deleted it
in Topaz I use the original or upscale 2x
when there was a problem with resizing - then I used the 2x upscale - then I “fixed” it on another software
