Square boxes still showing up when sending from lightroom to topaz photoAI and then back again ,

Hi team , you have had this issue for more than 18 months now but I cannot find the answer , when sending an image from lightroom to PhotoAI , do some sharpen and denoise then send back to lightroom i get square boxes , what do I need to do to stop this poor editing in the main program

Look at the sky , there are lines and boxes , this does not happen when editing in lightroom only , can you help

I have also experienced this and continue to, but not on every photo. I have been unable to isolate a cause so when it happens, I am forced to move to another tool for what I would use Photo Ai for. Topaz really needs to figure this one out.
