Since updating to version 1.01, I’ve noticed the following problems:
Exported videos have no audio (this worked correctly in version 1.0).
Export speed is significantly slower compared to Topaz Video AI 7 — around 2–3 times slower.

PS: Please consider restoring the option for two seats. Topaz Video AI 7 allowed me to run on both of my Macs at the same time. With the new Pro version, I can only run it on one Mac at a time — which is really limiting and, honestly, not cool.
Although I don’t know about the slowdown and sound problems, you might like to know that Topaz have confirmed you are (still) allowed to run TVAI (v7) on two computers and the new Topaz Video on a 3rd computer concurrently. So TVAI and Topaz Video are considered different products with regard to licensing and concurrent usage.
I’ve not yet tried v1.01 on my Macs so will do that soon and see what’s going on.

We are trying to go back through and answer all the forum posts since the migration to the new app but have been handling a larger volume than normal on the support ticket side. Emailing the support team directly is the fastest option for assistance by the team.
