SONY ARW not recognized as RAW

Since the update yesterday, Topaz photo AI saves my Sony ARW files to TIFF.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Add ARW file to Topaz Photo AI
  2. Have it automatically fix the photo (Sharpen and remove noise)
  3. Crop the photo
  4. Use the button in the bottom right corner to save the picture / Or, use the file/save option in the top left corner (Same result)
  5. Topaz is saving to TIFF format instead of DNG

The issue occurs since the update yesterday. Now version 3.0.2.
Not with previous versions, hence the comment from a similar topic in 2023 is not valid. Topaz did support sony format.

Would you mind sending in some more information to get a better understanding of the problem you are having with the Sony ARW file you are working with while using Topaz Photo AI? Please send the following information:

  1. The original image file.
  2. The processed image.
  3. A screenshot or description of the settings panel so I can see what adjustments were turned on.
