What is the specific RAW file that cannot be opened. I’m not sure that LibRAW, the RAW processing library used, supports the A7R5 … typically though, it may support lossless RAW rather than compressed.

But as its under the bug section of Photo AI now, support will pick it up.

It could be possible that I took the pictures in the camera’s crop mode, but I’m not sure anymore.
I just checked, and the image was not taken cropped.

Just wait for Support to contact tomorrow but I suspect that the compressed images are not supported.
