Check if your media player will display the audio codec. Otherwise, use MediaInfo to display the codec. Check your export settings. You may want to set audio to “Copy”, if it’s not already.
Also, just in case you’re referring to previews, those are always muted.

Depending on the format of the input and what codec and container you are exporting the video back out you will need to use the Copy or the Convert option for the Audio Mode as @VideoEnhancementBruh mentioned above. Not all containers are compatible with the original audio format.
