I converted some vhs holiday videos from when I was young. The only output option is mpg. When I put them into Topaz, the sound is gone. I have tried multiple settings and reprocessed the input video with Freemake, Handbrake and Ultra Video Joiner to try an trouble shoot. I am not an expert with Topaz and hope someone in the community can suggest what i am doing wrong. The picture is ok, justy no sound.

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the “logsForSupport” file to your reply.
mpg is a raw container file for digital video, it’s better to convert your file to like mp4 with like Handbrake to the same video settings. As Video Ai will be able to handle that better.
