Software Crashes

Steps to reproduce issue: I just upgraded my Topaz Photo AI to version 3.2.2. I was unable to process any pictures. The photo would open briefly and the software would shut down by itself. My computer is on Window 11 Home.2024-10-09T04:00:00Z

I’d like to get some more information to help troubleshoot the problem you are having.

Could you send us your computer’s full system profile?

Also if you can, please try to recreate this crash in Topaz Photo AI, then go to Help > Open Log Folder, please send me all of the files within that folder. You should be able to attach them directly as a response to this thread.

We want to ensure you have the latest Intel GPU driver by updating it through the Device Manager > Display Devices window.

After you have done this, please reboot your machine and run some test after this process and then if you are still experiencing problems.

I will note that your machine is technically underpowered with only 8GB of RAM, but our minimum application requirement is 16GB.
