drag a photo in , it loads the then software terminates , tried rebooting same happens . this is after a software upgrade again and have been without the software all weeken.

The newer interface that all v3 have, but v3.0.4 does not have the new Autopilot updates.
It can sometimes work on underpowered machines; however, it will be slower than v2.4.2
Let us know how that goes or if you have any issues reverting to the previous versions. If you have access to another computer, we can check its compatibility.
