I just bought Topaz Video AI. I’m trying to convert a 1min 42sec 1080p 120fps clip to 4k 120fps. It’s showing me 2h processing time. Is this normal? My RTX 3090 GPU utilization ranges from 50-100% utilization and only use 2.7 GB of GPU memory out of 24 GB while my CPU usage is 100%. Can someone let me know if this is expected or if it is prolonged for the clip length?
What do you have set in your processing preferences? If it isn’t already set to your GPU, try that.
Make sure you are using the latest Studio driver (546.33) .
processing a full hd video to 4k will take some time indeed. your 120 fps source will take even longer. 
Already noted in other thread, but just a point - check usage of “resizable BARs” in your BIOS and driver. For me personally, upgrading of BIOS and enabling of this feature provided gain of about 6% (DDR4/3200, RTX3060Ti) - not so bad for “one setting change”…
