I shoot with a Fuji GFX100S so the files start off large at 100MB but when I export back to Lightroom the Tiffs are often 500-600MB. Is there any setting to limit the file size? My solution now is to apply .5 to scaling to reduce size. Thanks, Fred
For couriosity a raw file slightly below 20 mbyte will blow up to 100 mbyte no matter which file type I choose in TPAI. 
That’s normal. TIffs and DNGs wil be larger. In Raws each pixel is only assigned one color (Red or Green or Blue). Each pixel in DNGs and Tiffs are assigned all three colors, thus more spaced needed. Plus many RAW files are compressed.
