A certain photo that i tried loading in the app keeps crashing it. It opens the photo, starts to analyze and then suddenly closes. I tried looking at the logs and its not showing anything. I scanned the drive for corrupt files and found none.
I’d like to get some more information to help troubleshoot the problem you are having.
Could you send us your computer’s full system profile?
Also if you can, please try to recreate this crash in Topaz Photo AI, then go to Help > Open Log Folder, please send me all of the files within that folder. You should be able to attach them directly as a response to this thread.

I want to see if updating your GPU driver will resolve the problem, as there is a more up-to-date driver that has been released.

Unless they came out with a new one today, I have the most current release of the studio driver.
I already have the studio update driver 560.81. It’s still crashing the app every time I open it with that one particular file. I tried it with other photos and it works fine. It’s something about that particular photo that is crashing it.
Would you mind sending that particluar file to so I can try replicating this crash on my machine.

The image did not crash on my machine. I’d like to see if adjusting your AI processor will help with the issue you are having with this image on your machine.
Open Photo AI and then go to Preferences > General and set the AI Processor to CPU, run some test with this image and let me know how it goes.
I just tried updating to the new version 3.2 to see if that fixed it and it’s the same result.
Same result. It opens the photo, starts to analyze and then it crashes.
