Beautiful scene Bob!
An artist enhancing the work of another artist… truly wonderful!
I appreciate it Michael, thank you …
Great image Bob. That street is very similar to the one I lived on at that age (late forties - early fifties) as I am sure for many people. In the fall people would rake their leaves into the street and burn them. Roasted apples and marshmallows were in order. It would be so smokey you could hardly see to drive thru town.
Another great conversion piece
Fantastic! You have really made the past alive here!
And very nice title - thanks for introducing me to the poem, too.
My thanks to all for the kind comments …
Beautiful image and processing work, I really enjoyed all the nostalgic subjects/items in the image.
Thank you John…
Was this a b&w you converted…it’s gorgeous.
Thanks Marty …the kids playing marbles and the boy on the bike, were in B&W that I added and colorized. The ice cream man and the girl on the bike were in separate photos that I added.
