Thanks for reaching out. Please open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach the logs files that you can see in the window that opens.
Log Folder

I should be able to determine what is happening and send next steps with this information.

I like to give you the Log files. but I have totally no idea how to give it to you. Here On this page I do not see a opportunity to upload or send. / As well at the Window which open and show me the Log Files I have No single Idea what I could do. /// It would be nice if you could give me a helping hand.

Just upload them using the upload icon which is at the top of the post area when you reply …

Thanks for the hint …

On my Computer Windows 11, Surface Pro 8, 16 GB RAM all Software is on the top update. If you find some possibly update for graphic driver, I have to tell on a Surface the update decide Microsoft and It’s totally not possibly to update it by the company of the device. Even their update stop to update, if I start it.

It looks like using Photoshop and Topaz Photo AI together are using up all the system memory and Topaz Photo AI fails to process in some cases. In other cases Topaz Photo AI is crashing during processing.

Open Photoshop, then go to memory usage from the Edit > Preferences > Performance menu and decrease the allowance to Photoshop by half.

Let me know if that changes the behavior.

Thanks for the hint. I reduced the usage of RAM to see if it’s helpful. But to tell, all other Programs I start as a filter inside of photoshop Luminar Neo, Nik Collection, Radiant … all do not crash - 100% not.

It’s seems your hint solved the problem. … Thanks a lot. Now I can work again totally more fluently again.

Wonderful news, I’m glad to hear it’s working now.

Topaz Photo AI is likely more system memory intensive than the other applications you are using.

Please reach out if you need anything else. Have a great day!
