Sharpen or Cropping, Rotation doesn't show change in "Edit Selection"

After crop>rotate file 180 degrees, when you click on Balance Color>Edit Selection the image is upside down (like the original before it was rotated).

Steps to reproduce issue for Color Balance (Note: This issue is also reproducible in Sharpen>Edit Selection)

1. Step 1: Drag/Drop (Import) Raw File (in this case a Canon Cr2 file)
2. Step 2: Click on Balance Color and then Edit Selection
3. Step 3: Image will be orientated like the original and not the “Crop/Rotated” version.
