Sharpen does not work correctly with version 2.1.4

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1: Open Image
  2. Step 2: Sharpen Image Fails
  3. Step 3: Changed to CPU processing, Very Slow.
    Tried to save image after changes. Processed for minutes. Canceled and did quick save and that worked.
