For the time being RAW files, that is all, are not supported. You can still open the RAW file in Studio and execute Sharpen AI through the Studio Plug-ins menu.

It has already been mentioned that the PS plugin problem is being looked at.

I just installed 1.0.8 update and now Sharpen AI opens in Photoshop on MacOS. Thanks for a speedy fix!!

Have you upgraded to the latest version which is v1.0.9?

If you haven’t go to Help-> Check For Software Updates and upgrade to see if that makes a difference.

Yes I have the latest versions thanks, now working in Photoshop but not Studio.

I installed the update and it runs well as a standalone on my top spec MacBook Pro, but it still doesn’t run from Studio and also crashes Studio

I installed update and now AI Sharpen freezes when opened , I checked for plugin and its not installed. I deleted everything and reinstalled- same thing happens. I was working in standalone before the latest update.

As others have reported, 1.0.9 works in Photoshop (and standalone, in my case), but now crashes in Studio as it previously did in Photoshop (loading dialog flash, then, after a few seconds, a crash dialog, but Studio is still responsive). I didn’t test in Studio with the original release, so I’m not sure if this is a change.

2018 iMac Pro
2 Issues:

  • Plugin doesn’t not appear in LR or PS
  • Selecting plug-in from within Studio
    • a dialog box appears for a split second and then goes away
    • Studio sits for a couple of seconds and then I get a crash report (details below) that Studio has crash - but it’s still open and working??

Downloaded new Studio update (v1.14.3), Sharpen AI now works as a plug-in.
