Sharpen AI non-start

produces a non start message

then PS crashes (OR PSP crashes) and returns to LR

presumably because it thinks I don’t own it … and I do!

Hi Terry, the only thing I can suggest is use Community_> Switch Users and login again.

I really needed the App yesterday for an image to be sent elsewhere but had to rely on the basics in PS.
Not available to to test or post on a serious level for a few days but will pick up messages and do my best to respond as I pass the house (!) and the PC(!)

Sorry for the lack of updates. We rooted out a bug last night that was causing another product to crash when opened as a plugin. Since all of the plugin interfaces are the same if we fix one we fix them all. We’ll be pushing that fix out soon. When the update for Sharpen AI hits let us know if that fixes the issue.
