Sharpen AI installer bug

I just installed the latest version of Sharpen AI. In LR, both a link to Sharpen AI and a link to the installer was created under Photo>Edit in.
Using PC, Win10. Went to Edit>Preferences>External editor, but no way to remove link to installer.

Go to the external editor presets in your App Data \Adobe\Lightroom and delete the offending preset.

Type this link in the explorer bar “%AppData%\Adobe\Lightroom\External Editor Presets” then check which one of the Sharpen presets has the link to the Installer, you can open the presets with Notepad, then just delete it. Make sure you first exit Lightroom.

The alternative is to go to the external editors tab in LR and select the offending preset and delete it from there:

Thanks for the quick response, but that did not work. The AI.exe is not in Edit>Preferences>external editor list, but only in the Photo>Edit In dropdown. It also does not show up in explorer under the directory you gave me. I tried to upload images of the screens to show you, but forum program won’t let me.

You should be able to upload screenshots now. I am a little confused, these showing in my Edit in list are all external editors with presets:

Here are the images:

In the external editor, on pull down each of these where Custom is (it’s a drop down list) tell me the following:

  • change to Topaz Sharpen AI and tell me what the “Application” is …
  • change to Topaz Sharpen AI.exe and tell me what the “Application” is …

Only one option in the dropdown- Topaz Sharpen A - application is Topaz sharpen ai.exe
topaz sharpen ai.exe doesn’t come up in the dropdown, only under the Photo>edit in menu

So which one has the link to the installer?

AI.exe, the first in the list, which does nothing, the second without the exe extension works fine
