Topaz sharpen AI and denoise AI both shut down as soon as attempting to open a JPG picture, either the supplied “demo” pic or my own. Program opens, if any photo is added to be processed to either program, it shuts down without any error messages. New computer, windows 11, intel I9 12900k, NVIDIA 3080, 32 gigs of ram. Left several messages with Topaz support, have not heard back for over a week. I have updated all drivers.
Application & Version: Topaz DeNoise AI Version 3.5.0
Operating System: Windows 10 Version 2009 (no idea whay topaz shows this!)
Graphics Hardware: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080/PCIe/SSE2
OpenGL Driver: 3.3.0 NVIDIA 511.79
CPU RAM: 32577 MB
Video RAM: 10240 MB
Preview Limit: 8000 Pixels
If it helps, this was in the error log for topaz:

Please help, need to get these up and running.
