I have exactly the same issue and have reinstalled the application so many times it works fine untill i reboot my mac book pro M1, Im using the latest mac OS Ventura 13.5, I have emailed technical support and there answer was as follows

After deleting your plists files, please make sure you restart your machine.

However, unfortunately, there is a very slim chance that we will update any of our Image Quality applications (DeNoise AI, Sharpen AI, & Gigapixel AI) again so the versions that they are on are more than likely the final versions. We are trying to funnel users towards Topaz Photo AI as it consolidates all 3 application’s tools into one application.

I do apologize about this inconvenience.

**Im not happy with this reply I only bought this product 6 weeks ago as i didn’t need the full photo AI package, if they are no longer supporting the individual programs then they shouldnt be selling them, **

Wow… I just bought the 3 package a year ago (July 23, 2022) for $199 and now I gotta pay for $99 for Photo AI. #FML Can us dedicated software users of Topax get a free year maybe of Photo AI?!
