Sharpen AI 3.0.2 errors at startup but still works (Win 7)

When starting Sharpen AI 3.0.2 “legacy” on Win 7 x64, 2 errors pops up:

  • CreateFile2 cannot be found in KERNEL32.dll
  • file hddlapi.dll is missing on your computer. Try to reinstall program.

After clicking OK on both windows, the program starts up normally and is working without error.

Getting exactly the same problem after installing the free trial and then purchasing the product.

Now it won’t even start I get the splash screen and it bombs out.

I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, updating graphics drives and installing the latest update ~ no joy so I’d be interested to hear of any solutions
