Severe System Problem During Photo AI Update - New Laptop with Window 11 Pro 64 bit

Hi.

Problem:
I went to launch the app - Photo AI v3.0.4.0. Upper right corner said 2 updates.

During the installation it said some need to be done after a reboot.

The reboot started - Lenovo’s Logo was on screen and a revolving circle was running.

After about 10 minutes, I held in the power button to turn it off. I waited a few minutes then went to power it up again - same issue: didn’t reboot!

On third attempt, I hit function key to do a auto fix. It powered up - YEAH!

I launched Photo AI, a window gave me info on light and dark. About says it’s version 3.0.4.

Do you want log files, etc.?

Computer:
Lenovo Slim Pro 9 14IRP8 - Type 83BV, 32 GB RAM, Dual display cards. Windows 11 Pro, 64 bit.

Can you confirm with me that you have v3.0.4 up and running on your machine? If so we will not need the log files.
