It seems the issue with the scaling factor is related to how commas are interpreted as decimal points on non-English keyboards. We’re aware that when using a comma (,) instead of a period (.), values like “1,2” are being truncated to “1.” Although using a period (.) works as a temporary fix, we recognize this is a localization issue, and we are working on addressing it in a future update.
As for the Photoshop crash after upscaling, this can sometimes happen if the layer being sent to the Gigapixel plugin extends outside of Photoshop’s canvas bounds. To avoid this, you can ensure the layer is contained within the canvas or try flattening the image before sending it to Gigapixel, which should help prevent the crash.
