This is an easy fix! if you have never synched your Topaz Photo AI OR you have reached your limit on seats, you will be asked to “Claim” a seat, which you can do by clicking the blue claim button.
This will synch your seat manager if you have never done so before and then moving forward, if you use up al of your seats, and try to log onto a new computer, it will allow you to remotely log out of a previous app You can do this an unlimited number of times.
