Selected areas cannot be sharpened alone

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Open an image
  2. Select a specific area within the image which shall be sharpened
  3. Sharpen

Yes I marked the red areas. Then “Apply” and the entire image is modified ignoring the marked red areas.
In Topaz Sharpen AI it works well, but not here
