Second Enhancement + Artemis Lacks 'Input Condition'

1. The bug / behavior you have encountered
   When using, “Second Enhancement”, and selecting, “Artemis” as the Second Enhancement’s AI Model, the, “Input Conditions” drop-down box is not suppled in the UI under the Second Enhancement settings such as it is when Artemis is the First Enhancement. As such, it uses the Artemis Medium (MQ / ALQ12) model versus what I want, which is Low (LQ / ALQ13) model.

   Logs contain excessive amount of PII and, as such, will not be supplied. As a software developer, I have reviewed the logs and find no output which pertains to the Second Enhancement (either by function or by timestamps).
