Whenever I open Topaz or try to use it in any way, aka interactions, clicks, opening a file, exporting, etc. it will flicker my screen for a second or two. It makes it go completely black for a second and then returns to the program. Everything seems functional, but it is extremely annoying. It’s the only program that it happens with.
Steps to reproduce issue:
Step 1
Opening Topaz Photo AI or clicking on any sort of menu or interactable feature in it after it is open. Also, using alt+tab to/from any program and back to the AI editor will do it as well.
Step 2
My entire screen flickers to black and then returns to the program.
Check that your GPU drivers are up to date from the GPU manufacturers website. Of course, because there is no relevant information provided, I assume it is windows (don’t know the version either) and not Mac. If it is Mac and support doesn’t pick up here just raise a support request at the main website.
