Hi there, when trying to crop the video before processing, you don’t get much precision without zooming right down to a high magnification. Check out the graphics app IrfanView … when you are zooming in, when the picture becomes too big for the screen, scroll bars appear and you can keep zooming in to more than 3000% magnification. Cropping at this level of magnification allows for high precision. Topaz barely reaches 200% magnification or so before you can’t zoom any further. Cropping the top and bottom is much worse than cropping left and right. We need more precision!
I was sorely disappointed when changing one crop value changed everything before leaving the field was implemented (thankfully this insanity has been changed back) … but we still didn’t get scroll bars!!! Please, there are known best practices, and there is re-inventing the wheel. Please get Topaz up to date with all the best practices, like scroll bars when zooming in to be very precise with cropping!
