Saving Sharpen AI results

I didn’t know whether to post this in feature suggestions or bugs. I decided that it is such a shortfall in elementary user interface programming that it is an “almost” bug.

Saving Images:

  1. There should be an option to save to the source image folder.
  2. You should also be able to go into the preferences menu and charge the default “save” folder.

Completely agree, I constantly make the mistake of saving the result to the wrong folder

No it’s technically not a bug, but it is a serious oversight.

That said, the single image export dialog does have a bug, If it opens with the image format as JPG, and assuming that you actually want to export a JPG, you have to select something else, and then reselect JPG to make the JPG quality slider appear. If that is by design, it is bizarre logic.

And that “bug” is carried over into the Batch Processing dialog. That opens with Image Format set to “Preserve source Format”. Nothing wrong with that, but If you change that to JPG, most times there is no quality slider, you have to select something else first, then JPG to get the quality slider to appear.

I second the request, it would be nice to have this option available.
