Topaz Photo AI [v1.x.x] on [Windows/Mac]
The option of saving the original pic. or making a copy to edit before sending a pic. to Photo AI from Lrc doesn’t appear anymore. The pic. just goes from Lrc to Photo AI. I’m using Windows 10 & PhotoAI 3.2.0 as a plug-in.

Which Lightroom Classic plugin path are you using:

• File > Plug-in Extras > Process with Topaz Photo AI
• Photo > Edit in > Topaz Photo AI

Let’s try to reset your Lightroom plugin to try and get it working for you. You can follow the directions below to reset your Lightroom plugin:

1. Close Lightroom fully.
2. Run the Topaz Photo AI installer again. Get a new one from the downloads page: Topaz Labs Downloads
3. Open Lightroom and check the File > Plug-ins Extras again.

Let me know if those steps get it working again.

Hey John, I ran the installer again as you suggested earlier with the same results. Then I tried the other plug-in path, (Photo - Edit in - Topaz Photo AI) & it worked.

It’s been a long time since I used Photo AI & I think that’s the way I used to do it.

The photo is a file that I previously edited in Lrc & was trying to edit further in Photo AI & I don’t think that works with the “Plug-in Extras” option.

So anyway I guess I didn’t have an issue with the update to begin with. I apologize for wasting your time, but Thank You for your help!
