There is a bug on Save Image Export Settings Format, when you save an image with different format settings; for example: first you save jpeg with quality 50, and then you save again with quality 100, the second save will still use the first setting which is quality 50. Workaround for this issue, you need to close the image and app and reopen them, and then save it with different setting you want and it will be OK.
