Loading an Image and working on the image, I can not safe it on the disk.
It looks like the program goes in an time out and nothing is stored.
I bought the license quite regularly with payment, but still it does not allow to work on images and stored it afterwards regularly
Ah! I see, thank you! I’ve moved your post to our ‘Bugs and Issues’ forum – one of our Topaz Photo AI specialists will follow up as soon as they can, but in the meantime, can you share any screenshots you have of where your application is getting stuck?
Please also upload your computer’s system profile, and if you’re able to gather your Log files from the app (under the Help menu) please also upload all of those.
Please open Topaz Photo AI, go to the menu bar on the top and click the Help > Open Log Folder menu option. Attach the logs files that you can see in the window that opens.
I should be able to determine what is happening and send next steps with this information.
