Running Windows 11, will only open in Admin

I am running windows 11, I have to open the application in administrator. I have tried the

  1. Open Terminal
  2. Type: cd /Applications/Topaz\ Studio/Topaz\ Studio.app/Contents
  3. Press Enter/Return
  4. Type: sudo chmod -R 755 Frameworks
  5. Press Enter/Return
  6. That’s it!
    This didn’t work. Said it couldn’t find the parameter that accepts argument Studio/Topaz
