Rotation Angle Field not Displaying

1. I am accessing the crop tool. I am expecting to to see the Rotation Angle Field, it is not visible. Topaz Video AI 7.1.5, Windows 11
2. Your log files (Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support)
3. Any screenshots as necessary

To rotate a video you will need to change the Input Settings in the top right corner.
