Rotating images distort them

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Starting with an image that is 1080 x 1920.
  2. In the Crop tool, rotate it 30ish degrees, unlock aspect ratio, and crop a custom aspect ratio, about 1/3 of the original image height.
  3. Apply Facial enhancement and upscale the default amount - usually around 2x
  4. Quick Export button.

Image comes out totally distorted.
This issue only appears when you rotate the image. Cropping works properly if image is not rotated.
