Retime doesn't work with latest update

  1. I can’t retime MOV file with H264 codec from 29.97 to 23.97. Whatever I do, Appolo or Chronos, slow or fast, it takes forever.
  2. Windows 10 home, Ryzen 5950x, 64Gb RAM, RTX3070 8Gb
