Don’t know - I don’t see that (or use irfanview). try: Topaz Photo AI v3.5.0 - #20 by holger1104 re srgb preview switching (which doesn’t really do much for me, but it may depend on monitor or graphics subsystem).
also post screenshots, image info, and computer info - some things are inherent to tpai, some things are system dependent.
