[RESOLVED] - Topaz photo AI Stand alone won't launch

after a while of no use (2 month) I have open the photo ai app, and it required update.
after reboot, when ever I launch it I see a white screen and windows ask me to wait or cancel because the app is freeze like that, I re download it and install and got the same issue.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. update version from 3.somthing to latest

I am sorry for the delay ( was moving to a new house )
so, I don’t have dxdiag installed on my system
topaz video AI is working flawlessly, only the photo ai doesn’t

and now after answering I have tried again and its launched, and looking OK, that’s wired !
OK I guess I’ll close the ticket.
