Circling back to let you know the issue with Recover V3 having Honeycomb artifacts on them has now been resolved in the newly released Topaz Photo v1.6.1, and we would like you to test installing the app to confirm this:

This issue has been fixed in the latest v1.6.1, and you can download it using the link suited for your machine.
