They said the slider would come back:
and, of course, it was a very bad idea to remove it.
Many of Topaz functions are quite „over the top“ (seem to be made with small smartphone screens in mind) - so the possibility diminishing that with an opacity-slider is extremely welcome.
Otherwise you would have to overlay the Topaz output with the original in e.g. Photoshop to achieve something that is viewable on a 32“ monitor.
