Fails to complete if not using the original resolution, gets to within seconds of completing and then fails.
Works fine using H265 or H264

as per error message, what container extension are you using ?

Yes all containers fail, what a waste of time!
If you are using COPY audio try changing to convert using AAC with .mov container
yeah, I have to use Convert on old files. .mkv or mp4 works as long as I choose convert. He might choose that.
