Topaz Photo AI is crashing every time I open a photo. Windows 11 – my system requirements match. I’ve restarted, redownloaded, changed preferences from Auto to graphics card. Happy to send over my system DxDiag and my error log. Thank you, I’m a newbie to Topaz Photo AI

I’d like to get some more information to help troubleshoot the problem you are having.
Could you send us your computer’s full system profile?
Also if you can, please try to recreate this crash in Topaz Photo AI, then go to Help > Open Log Folder, please send me all of the files within that folder. You should be able to attach them directly as a response to this thread.

I solved this. Here’s what I did:
Windows gave me constant notifications during the process that I was doing something stupid by downloading a program while my firewall and antivirus were disabled. I immediately turned back on my firewall and enabled antivirus once it was downloaded and it worked great!
