I am a subscriber to photo AI and video ai and I have downloaded and activated the studio versions. When I go offline I can use Photo Ai with no problems. However when I try to use Video ai 1.0.0 offline it doesn’t show me as being logged in and the subscription window pops up. Can you please fix this as I mainly use the products offline. Thanks.

did you tried uninstalling and reinstalling completly ? not just the “update” or “repair” ? (in case..)
Sorry to hear that. I have used mine 3 times offline with no problems. Maybe because that’s not one that you were originally paying for it’s taking longer to process. Gigapixel wasn’t in my original package but it has just come through for me. Good luck.
