Every single video has a resoltuion error as a result. I cannot preview or process any video of any kind.
What encoder are you using and what resolution are you trying to export to?
I tried to export in h264 and h265, same results. upscale to HD
It tries to download and load a model but seems to fail to do so. With or without a VPN connection.
I also verified my Firewall = no rules for Topaz Video ai. I also updated my video drivers to the latest = still no go.
Do you have the same problem with ProRes? Can you share a screenshot? And any info about the system?
With Pro res I got Ai error instead of resolution error.

It doesn’t seem to be able download and load the model
You can manually download the models by running this script inside of the program (Process > Open Command Prompt)

I can see that it downloads the models. Once it is done, i wiil try again a video and let you know. Thank you for your help.
