Resolution error on ALL models

Hello,

  1. Any model giver a “resolution error” when i try to upscale a video. to any upper res.
  2. Win 10 pro - AMD threadripper - 2 x 4090 GPU.
  3. I cannot find a butto to upload the log file.
  4. Any screenshots as necessary

You can drag and drop the app’s logs and email us help@topazlabs.com and attach them

To gather logs, please open Topaz Video and select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
