This does not appear to be a bug. Can you provide additional detail in sentence form?
is this not a bug? selected 1920x1080 and after processing
gave out 1937x1080
resolution 1937x1080 gave out when choosing Select: Height + auto-Width
If you change from square to original, this would be expected. If you choose square, the output should remain at 1920, etc.
If that is not what is occurring, I will need the following;

for "“resize” I used another software, then I made an “enhancement” in topaz, then I gave it away and deleted the original/source file
for a forced resize
you should use this script
but I forgot - you are the ignorers
Unfortunately, I was not able to look into this because you did not follow up with me or share any of the information I asked for. In the future, if you post a bug, please make sure that you list all necessary information, files, etc.

Resize should not be creating errors. If you could reply to the questions that I asked I can assist you with finding a solution. If there is an issue with the app itself, we would appreciate your collaboration.

I am quite confused by this entire exchange. Since I have been unable to understand what you are describing and since you have not replied to any of my questions, I would recommend opening up a support ticket so that we can continue this exchange in a faster manner.
I will still need you to provide clear answers to the questions I asked in order to understand the issue and provide a resolution.

If that is not what is occurring, I will need the following;
1. input file
2. Output file
3. Screen recording from your end showing your process

look
you can turn off Letterbox, then after processing it will be 1920x980
or you can only do a resize without crop and letterbox - then 1080 will compress to 980
Please, Reveile, we’re all software professionals so can we please just assume other people are trying to help? Rather than saying “it’s your job”. I’m just another user of the software (and write 1,000 bug reports a year in other places) and I’m trying to understand the bug you’re describing … but I am struggling too.
Can you write it again that draws attention to the important bits, like,
Expected: The thing should be X because of “reason” or “option I chose”
Actual: The thing is Y because “the bug is probably caused by xxxxx”
Regression: This actually works in another case and nobody else has noticed if they only do “Z”.

Everybody would like to see a bug like this fixed. Is a screen recording possible?
You have been asked numerous times to provide more info about the actual input video file so this can be looked into further but have not done so.
All you do is post screenshots of hybrid and Resolve.
And to be honest your attitude is quite rude.
