E.g. for a DVD video which is effectively 768x576 but actually 720x576 pixels, resetting the crop region will incorrectly use and show 768x576 instead of 720x576.
This happens in v6.03 for both Windows and Mac. (v5.5 was fine)

720x576 (5/4 aspect ratio) is the real pixel size on a DVD and this is flaged “stretch to 4/3 when play”, which gives 768x576 when play and TVAI takes the 768 one, instead native ammount.
This old “not sqare/square” pixels should be killed in TVAI with other options. They should show us the real ammount of pixels and the aspect ratio the video is flaged to with option to override this and we you should be able to freely scale (without letterbox) as you want
So the (only?) Solution is resize 720 x 576 to 768 x 576 and you can do the crop in this step too, then import this into TVAI (and make sure video is not wrong flaged, or not flaged is ok, then TVAI takes it correctly)
Tested this out and sending the findings and notes to the devs to see what changed between v5.5 and v6.0.3 to cause this issue.
